Returns:
  • All items require a RMA number within 30 days of receipt of items.c
  • Registered customers can submit returns online via My Account>>Orders>> ⇒Return Items.
  • Guest purchasers can call our Customer Service Department for a return number.

The following requirements and restrictions apply:
  • Items can be returned within 30 days from the date the items are delivered.
  • Items must be in like-new condition in their original packaging for the return process to be completed.
  • Items returned outside of these guidelines may be refused and returned to recipient or subject to a 20% restock fee.
  • A 20% restock/processing fee will be applied for all items returned without an RMA number.
  • RMA number is valid for 30 days from date of issued.
  • Clearly write the RMA Number on the outside of the box. Packages without an RMA number may be refused.
  • Your return package must be received at our facility by the expiration date listed.
  • When returning any items always use a carrier with a tracking number UPS, FedEx, USPS etc…
  • We cannot guarantee refunds for items sent via non-trackable means. We cannot accept COD shipments.
  • mygolfcartshop.com is not liable for additional labor expenses that occur as the result of an incorrect or defective part.
  • Electrical parts cannot be returned.
  • If Item(s) received are not what were ordered, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided. All other returns will be at customers expense.
  • A return label can be provided as a convenience on case-by-case basis, and the cost can be deducted from the refund amount. Due to rising shipping costs, this has been a preferred method of return.

***To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and have a RMA number.

Warranties:
  • We honor any and all Manufacturer Warranties due to any defects of workmanship when applicable.
  • We only accept Special Order part returns that fall under a Manufacturers defect.
Damaged Shipments:
  • Please inspect your items upon receipt and report any damages within 2 business days from the delivery date of the shipment. Pictures will be requested of the box and contents to show damage.
  • ***Do not discard any part of your shipment (box, packing material, items, etc...) unless instructed by an eCart Parts customer service representative.
  • Damaged shipments may result in a claim with the carrier.
Refunds:
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You will receive the credit within 5-10 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
