Domestic Shipping Policy
  • In-stock items on orders placed before 2:00 EST are shipped within 24 hours of your order being placed.
  • Days are based on Monday thru Friday shipping. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
  • Some of our vendors ship directly to you so you may receive your order in multiple shipments.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
  • MyGolfCartShop.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
  • MyGolfCartShop.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
  • However, if you received your order damaged, please contact us within (5) business days of receipt of your shipment so that we may file a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • We will not be able to fix the issue if damages are reported after this timeline has expired.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before you contact us.
  • If packaging materials have been discarded, the claim will be void.
